Adaptation system: Driveway Gate Exit Wand Sensor Compatible with most Mighty Mule, Ghost Controls, Lift Master door opening systems. It supports 3rd party door operators with 12 - 24 VDC or 12 - 24VAC accessory power supplied by any control board and has normal open and dry contact signal inputs. Automatic induction: Automatic Gate Exit Sensor, By sensing the change of the earth's magnetic field caused by the movement of the vehicle, the door can be opened automatically without manual remote control, freeing hands and reducing trouble, suitable for farm, residential or commercial use. Installation method: Vehicle Exit Sensor dig a hole approximately 2 inches deep and 24 inches long within 2 feet and parallel to the edge of the driveway. Next, dig a trench from this hole to a spot under the gate opener control box to run the cable from the WAND to the control box. Size of the trench is related to the size of the PVC conduit.
