Specially grafted onto a super-dwarfing rootstock, this amazing little tree won t get any taller or wider than 2m in the ground, or roughly 1.2m when kept in a pot or container - a perfect size for growing in a pot on a patio or balcony. It may be small in stature, but that doesn t affect the fruits, which are just as big and juicy as the normal variety and you ll get a heavy crop too, that will increase as the tree gets more established. Victoria plums are self-fertile, so you don t need any other trees nearby for them to fruit, just let the bees do what they do best when the tree is covered in beautiful white spring blossom. Grow it in a large pot, at least 30cm in diameter in a sunny spot and your plum tree will thrive, with fruit ready to pick in July and August.
