The EDC37 is equipped with 2 dual-stage buttons. The dual-stage customizable button allows both half-press-and-hold and full-press-and-hold to be configured independently for instant response. Its unique armor-style texture is designed to offer a secure grip, whether barehanded or with gloves. The innovative high-strength multi-directional locking design ensures structural strength and efficient space utilization, while significantly improving pressure, drop, and impact resistance. Featuring triple temperature control, the EDC37 incorporates an all-new grille heat dissipation design, a built-in efficient aluminum alloy heat sink, and the ATR module, providing efficient and extensive heat dissipation. The detachable high-hardness silicon nitride ceramic tips enable quick and effortless glass breaking, ideal for emergency window rescue and more. In addition, the tips are smooth and scratch-resistant, making them suitable for carrying in a bag. They can also be removed and replaced with the included screws as needed.

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
